The soft cup bra - how we love you!  So often we hear boutique owners tell us that their small-chested customers want underwire bras.  We wonder, did they actually ask their small-chested customers what they want?  Or did they just assume this because the majority of their customers are bigger and require an underwire?

 We know that women who wear small cup bras want choices.   Bigger women have choices when it comes to lingerie.  Why shouldn’t smaller women too?  We might want lace one day and cotton another, we might want a push-up bra one night and a bralette the next day.  But if we had to choose, if we could only wear one style of bra for the rest of our lives, here at Lailides we would choose the soft cup bra.  It’s definitely the most comfortable.  It doesn’t try to fake it with pads and contours.  It’s sexy and sophisticated and elegant all at the same time.  It can be made in all sorts of styles and with all sorts of fabrics and trims.  And it doesn’t feel like you’re putting on some sort-of contraption.  It’s so much more simple and easy than the underwire bra.  (Not that we don’t love them too – for the right occasion.) 

Women who are lucky enough to fit into small cup bras don’t always need the structure of an underwire bra.  In fact, if we can even get away without a bra at all, why would we wear something that’s not absolutely comfortable?  The soft cup bra almost feels like you’re wearing nothing at all.  We wonder, if you’re one of the lucky ones who can wear a small cup bra, which bra would you choose?  Would it be the soft cup bra too?
