Shipping & Delivery

Shipping & Handling
We ship via USPS. Please allow two to eight business days for delivery. Most items will ship within 1-2 business days. If an item is out of stock at the time of your order, we will notify you of if and when we will have it. Please note, if you submit payment via eCheck it takes a few days for the payment to clear. Your order will not be shipped until the payment has been processed.

Express Delivery
Overnight Shipping available for in-stock items only. Not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Order must be placed by 1pm EST and will be shipped next day. We are sorry but we cannot process orders same day. Overnight Shipping is available for $25.

International Shipments
Add $19 to standard shipping & handling rates. Express Shipping is not available for international orders. For all international shipments, customers are responsible for paying any import duties. We do not have information regarding duties so please contact your local customs office.

Returns & Replacements

Return/Exchange Policy
Lailides gladly accepts returns or exchanges on all unworn merchandise except for thongs and briefs. In order to protect the personal hygiene of all our customers, we simply cannot accept returns on thongs and briefs if the packaging has been opened. Returns must be received by Lailides within 30 days of purchase date. Merchandise that is received after 30 days will be returned to you. Sorry, there are no returns or exchanges on final sale or clearance merchandise.

Return for Refund
Please allow ten business days for your return to be processed. We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. A refund will be issued to your Paypal account for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have been charged (D.C. residents only). Please note that we cannot refund any shipping charges.

Please allow 10 business days for your exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email of your exchange once we have received and processed the returned item. Your new choice will be shipped within 1-2 business days after receipt of original merchandise. We will send you a Paypal request for the additional shipping fees. If the requested item is out of stock, we will notify you by email or phone. You may either select a new item or we will be happy to issue a refund for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have been charged (D.C. residents only). Please note that we cannot refund any shipping charges. If your new choice exceeds the cost of the original merchandise, we will send you a Paypal request for the difference.

How to Return Merchandise
To return an item, please email us at with "Return" as the subject and a brief note explaining your return. With your return package please also enclose a copy of your sales receipt with a brief note indicating whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange and a reason for the return or instructions for exchange. Please send your package via a prepaid, insured method to ensure a safe and documented delivery. Please do not send returns via certified mail or other signature required methods. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to us. We are not responsible for items that have been lost in transit to us.

When you're finished shopping, click "Proceed to Checkout" to place your order. All of the items in your shopping cart appear in your order during checkout. If you don't want to order all of the items, simply edit your shopping cart. During checkout, you will be asked to provide:
  • Your billing address
  • The address(es) you want to ship to
  • Your preferred shipping method
If you would like to buy some items in your bag now, but you are not ready to buy all the items in your bag, you can click "Move to Wishlist". This feature moves the items you aren't ready to purchase out of your cart and allows you to buy only the items you want to buy now. Your unpurchased items will be saved in your wishlist.

Multiple Shipping Addresses
You can ship to multiple address. You will be charged the appropriate shipping fee for each address you ship to.

Placing an Order
You will have a chance to review your order and, if no changes are necessary, proceed to "Place Order". You will then be re-directed to the Paypal website to complete the payment portion of your order. You will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received within approximately 24 hours. We will send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Lailides uses both Paypal and secure credit card payments processed through for processing payments in order to make your checkout process as secure as possible. We do not accept orders through the mail. If you do not wish to place an order through the Lailides website, please call us at (202)810-BRA1 and we will take your order over the phone.

Occasionally Lailides use a promotional code with a special offer. Using the code is easy:
  • Just shop and check out as you normally would.
  • When you get to checkout, enter your promotional code in the space provided.
  • Once you have entered the promotional code and clicked "Apply" you will see a message confirming that the promotional code has been applied to your order.
  • If there is any problem with the promotional code you've entered, an error message will let you know how to correct the problem before you can continue to check out.

Price Adjustments
We offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within seven (7) days of the date on your purchase. To obtain a price adjustment please send us an email message at within the seven (7) day window. Include your order number in your email message. If you are within the deadline, we'll refund you the difference.

Items purchased with a promotional discount are not eligible for price adjustments. However, items purchased with free shipping promotions are eligible for price adjustments.

We will not make price adjustments on purchases for items featured in our clearance section.

Viewing/Changing Orders

If you have placed an order as a registered user you may view your order at any time by logging into your account and clicking "My Orders." In most cases once your order is placed it cannot be changed. However, please contact us at with your request and we will make every attempt to change it if possible.

Updating Account Information

You can manage your personal information, including your email address, password, billing information or email preferences at any time. To access your account, click on "My Account" at the top of any page on our site. From here, you can select an area you wish to update. You will then be asked to sign in with your email address and password and will be taken to the page where you can view or edit your information. As an added security feature, you will be automatically logged out after 30 minutes of inactivity on our website. If this occurs, simply re-enter your email address and password to access your information.

Account/User Name
Your account (or user) name is your e-mail address.

Forgotten Password
If you have an account and have forgotten your password, we can send you a new password. Simply enter your email address and click "Forgot Your Password?" and you will receive your new password via email. You can change your password once you log in to your account by clicking "Change Password."
